CAGE FITNESS AT LANG’S MARTIAL ARTS
Every Monday and Wednesday from 6:00pm to 6:30pm

CAGE FITNESS is a high intensity interval training workout. There is no contact and no martial arts experience needed. A Cage Fitness workout is only 30 minutes long and is broken down into 5 – 5 minute rounds. Each 5 minute round consists of 7 – 45 second exercises.
Cage Fitness is perfect for people who want to tone up, lose weight, and get in shape. The class is designed to get maximum results in just 30 minutes, so it’s perfect for those who don’t have hours to spend in the gym. The workouts are ever changing and always challenging. Come ground and pound with us!
